Use schemaVersion 1 and action send_text_message. Configure a recipient source, permitted fromNumberSid, and template UUID or custom content.
Start AI Bot Call
Use action start_ai_bot_call with botId, fromNumberSid, recipient resolution, and follow_script or deliver_specific_message mode. The latter requires a purpose body.
Use stable identifiers
Templates use their UUID, bots use their stable ID, and numbers use their Twilio SID. An executionId protects runtime retries from repeating the action.
Keep internal credentials private
The CRM workflow runtime uses a trusted connector path. Internal headers and shared server keys are not customer API credentials.
