Stable IDs
Use returned number SIDs, template UUIDs, bot IDs, and opaque conversation IDs. Do not guess identifiers.
Pagination
List results return items and nextCursor. Follow the opaque cursor until it is absent; do not build your own offsets.
Visibility
Scopes and resource restrictions apply in addition to CRM access. Display filters do not bypass these controls.
Pilot access requires verified organisation configuration. Never expose a live API key in frontend code.
