Use https://zemessenger.com/api/v1 with Authorization: Bearer <key>. Your administrator creates a scoped key for one organisation and CRM environment.
Actions share organisation rules
Hours, sender permissions, bot availability, CRM access, and allowances still apply. Include Idempotency-Key when creating messages and AI calls.
Pilot access
Contact the team to enable a pilot. API administration and connector activation are required before live actions can run.
Pilot access requires verified organisation configuration. Never expose a live API key in frontend code.
